Abstract

Promoting the conservation of biological diversity of tourist interest has become a global priority. The objective is to establish a promotion proposal that allows its sustainable use for tourism purposes and contributes to its conservation in the communities of La América, Joa and El Anegado, in the Jipijapa canton. Three methodological techniques were used: bibliographic review, field interview and expert judgment. The results show that it is possible to sustainably exploit ecosystems, which makes it possible to boost the local economy and also contribute to its conservation.
