Abstract

This study evaluated the implementation of the Administrators' Strategic Directions in Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) in regards to the DepEd Strategic Directions 2017 – 2022. This study utilized a descriptive – correlation design of research to the 100 administrators. The study made use of Mean, Correlation and Stepwise regression in the analysis of data. The major findings revealed the extent of implementation of administrators’ strategic goal in terms of access to basic education, quality and relevance and modernize education were moderately implemented. the extent of implementation of administrators’ strategic objectives in terms of improved partnership building and linkages such as strengthen the Brigada Eskwela, improved quality of teachers such as intensive retooling of teacher, particularly those handling SPED and ALS and improved DepEd interdependence from interference such as improved school Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) System were moderately attained. The correlational analysis between the implementation of Administrators’ Strategic Goal and the implementation of Administrators’ Strategic Objective revealed highly significant, significant and not significant are not consistent in all indicators. This means that the null hypothesis is partially rejected. The study further revealed that administrators are ensuring to be implemented and attained the DepEd Strategic Directions 2017 – 2022.
